Manuel Berber - President. As president of Mi Rancho, Manuel has been the guiding force in bulding the company into what it is today and will become in the future. Following in his family tradition, Manuel has focused on providing the same quality and service to his customers that Mi Rancho was known for when it was just a small store in Oakland.

Carol Berber - Treasurer. Carol Berber and her staff provide the heartbeat of Mi Rancho's finances.

Mi Rancho Founder

Robert Berber Jr. - Founder. Robert Berber is active today in Mi Rancho's operations, although he does find well deserved time to play golf. As founder of Mi Rancho Bob has built the firm foundation that the company still stands on today.

Joe Santana - Vice President, Operations. Joe has accumulated over twenty years in the food industry and brings a wealth of operational experience and knowledge to the Mi Rancho family.

Ken Sanchez - Vice President, Marketing & Sales. Ken joined the Mi Rancho family in 2005 and has over 18 years experience in the food industry.
