Looking for some meal prep inspiration? We’ve got you covered! Our buffalo chicken wrap is the perfect addition to your weekly meal routine. Just a couple of simple steps and you’ll not only be satisfied, but in pure tortilla heaven!
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp of Celery Seed
- 1 tsp of Dill
- 1 tsp of Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 cup of Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- 1 cup of Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup of Buffalo Sauce
- Simply Authentic Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
- Celery Matchsticks
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Shredded Carrots
In a medium size bowl, combine mayonnaise and bleu cheese crumbles with garlic powder, celery seed, dill and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly until contents are thoroughly distributed.
In a separate bowl, combine shredded chicken with your favorite buffalo sauce. Mix throughly until chicken is coated with buffalo sauce.
Lay the tortilla down on a flat board and cover completely with blue-cheese ranch spread. Then layer half of the tortilla with the shredded buffalo chicken. Top it with shredded lettuce, carrots and celery sticks. Roll tightly, making sure all fillings stay inside.
