ChaCha’s Guacamole
Chef Peter SerantoniEverything seems to be better with guacamole. Serve with homemade tortilla chips made from Mi Rancho® corn tortillas or top your favorite dish with Chef Peter’s guacamole!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Hass Avocados
- 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil
- 1/3 cup Salsa Pico de Gallo, drained
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground white pepper
Optional Garnish
- Watermelon Radish, sliced
- Cotija el Mexicano Cheese
Instructions
Cut avocados into chunks.
Mix oil, pico de gallo, lime juice and cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with radish and cotija.
Enjoy!
