ChaCha’s Guacamole

Everything seems to be better with guacamole. Serve with homemade tortilla chips made from Mi Rancho® corn tortillas or top your favorite dish with Chef Peter’s guacamole!


  • 1 ½ Hass Avocados
  • 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil
  • 1/3 cup Salsa Pico de Gallo, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground white pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Watermelon Radish, sliced
  • Cotija el Mexicano Cheese


Cut avocados into chunks.

Mix oil, pico de gallo, lime juice and cilantro.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with radish and cotija.
