Grilled Pineapple Chile MargaritaAlexa Shields
One sip of Alexa’s Grilled Pineapple Chile Margarita will transport you to a beach chair as you drink in the sweet pineapple juice and spicy chile flavor while you feel the slow burn of the tequila going down your throat. Grill the pineapple wedge garnish to give it a smoky flavor and beautiful presentation that’s sure to impress your friends.
- 1-inch sliced Pineapple wedges
- Tajin (chile, lime and salt spice mix)
- 2 oz. Tequila of your choice
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 Lime, juiced
Season pineapple wedges with Tajin. Grill until slightly charred.
Rub rim of glass with lime and roll in tajin. Fill glass with ice.
Mix tequila, pineapple juice and lime juice well. Pour over ice.
