• 1-inch sliced Pineapple wedges
  • Tajin (chile, lime and salt spice mix)
  • 2 oz. Tequila of your choice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Ice


Season pineapple wedges with Tajin. Grill until slightly charred.

Rub rim of glass with lime and roll in tajin. Fill glass with ice.

Mix tequila, pineapple juice and lime juice well. Pour over ice.
