- 2 oz Mexican chorizo
- 5 oz Oaxaca cheese
- 4 oz can roasted green chiles (for a vegetarian version)
- Mi Rancho 7th Street Thin Corn Tortilla Chips
Cook the chorizo in a sauté pan with a small amount of oil until the meat is completely cooked, then set aside.
Cut the Oaxaca cheese accordingly to fit in your dish of choice. Then, layer the ingredients in an oven safe dish and bake till the top layer of cheese is golden brown at 375°F for 15-20 minutes and then remove from the oven.
Once removed from the oven and you are ready to serve, mix the ingredients together.
To make the vegetarian option simply replace the chorizo with green chiles. Add some green chiles to the bottom of your oven safe dish, place the Oaxaca cheese over the chiles and then add the rest of green chiles.
Place in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with our 7th Street Tortilla Chips.
