Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

Roasted Tomatillo Salsa is great as a dip with chips, atop your favorite tacos, or even as the base for a great sauce. This vibrant green and flavorful salsa is so simple to make – just roast onion, tomatillos, garlic and jalapenos on a sheet pan and blend together until smooth.




On a cookie sheet, toss white onion, tomatillos, jalapeño and garlic with olive oil until coated.

Roast at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Blend with cilantro, salt and lime juice until combined, but not completely smooth.

Serve with Mi Rancho Tortilla Chips.
