• 1 White Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 lb. Tomatillos, de-husked and rinsed
  • 2 Jalapeños, veins and seeds removed
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • Mi Rancho Tortilla Chips


On a cookie sheet, toss white onion, tomatillos, jalapeño and garlic with olive oil until coated.

Roast at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Blend with cilantro, salt and lime juice until combined, but not completely smooth.

Serve with Mi Rancho Tortilla Chips.
