• 1 avocado sliced
  • 8 medium sized tempura shrimp
  • Soy sauce (for dipping!)


Spread softened, slightly heated cream cheese across our Mi Rancho Large Organic Flour Tortilla, edge to edge.

Then, lay a thin layer of rice over the top of the cream cheese and make sure to press down so that it is secure.

Next, place 1-2 large leaves of butter lettuce on top of the rice so that the rice is covered.

Place about 1 carrot and 1 cucumber stick in the center of your tortilla making sure that they are placed very close to one another in a horizontal row across tortilla.

Then, place 2 slices of avocado across the tortilla on top of the veggies.

Then, place your tempura shrimp tightly next to your veggies, one piece at each end.

Then, tightly roll from the bottom end closest to you and rolling upward away from you.

Lastly, slice in 1-inch slices.

Enjoy with soy sauce!
