Slow-Cooker Sweet Pork
Alexa ShieldsA rich sauce of pineapple, lime, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar and spices draw out the flavorful juices of a simple boneless pork shoulder. Slow-cooked for hours, this roast falls apart, absorbing the rich sauce that is both sweet and salty, making it the ideal protein for tacos, sandwiches and burritos.
