Jackie takes dessert to a new level with this delicious thin crust pizza topped with chocolate hazelnut spread, toasted marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. We want s’more!
- Olive oil
- ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1 Mi Rancho Simply Authentic Burrito Flour Tortilla
Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil on both sides. Toast on a hot frying pan on each side for 30 seconds.
Lay tortilla on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread hazelnut spread to cover the tortilla, leaving a slight border. Evenly distribute marshmallows across the tortilla. Bake at 400°F for 8-12 minutes until marshmallows are slightly melted and golden brown. Sprinkle the top of the pizza with graham crackers.
Cut into wedges or strips and serve warm.
