Ingredients
- 1 Mi Rancho Simply Authentic Burrito Flour Tortilla
- 3 Thick Slices of Roasted Turkey Breast
- ½ cup Mashed Potatoes
- ½ cup Stuffing or Dressing
- ¼ cup Cranberry Sauce
- ¼ cup Gravy
Instructions
On a hot dry griddle, warm Simply Authentic Burrito Flour Tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, until the tortilla begins to puff slightly and toast marks become prominent. While this warms, heat turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing or dressing, and gravy in the microwave until hot.
Spread mashed potatoes on the entire surface of the tortilla. This will act as the glue that helps the wrap stay closed. Layer pieces of turkey across the mashed potatoes, leaving an inch on either side. Distribute cranberry sauce on top of the turkey. Spread stuffing or dressing in an even layer on top of the turkey. Drizzle the entire wrap with hot gravy. Roll tightly. You can leave the ends open (allowing you to fill your wrap even more), or add less ingredients and fold the edges in just as you would roll a burrito.
