• 1 Mi Rancho Spinach Wrap
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • ½ cup chopped, grilled chicken breast
  • ¼ cup blue cheese
  • ¼ cup roasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Spinach Salad:
In a large bowl, toss spinach, chicken, blue cheese, walnuts, cranberries, salt and pepper with Balsamic Vinaigrette. Set aside.

Assembling the Wrap:
Warm Spinach wrap on a hot dry griddle for about 20-30 seconds on each side. Fill Spinach Wrap with Spinach Salad and roll up into a burrito.
